DTLENDEN is a peer-to-peer (P2P) USDT and INR exchange platform facilitating currency exchange between users and verified agents via WhatsApp. We are not a bank, financial institution, or registered crypto exchange.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of India or legally permitted to transact in India.
• You must not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• You must have a valid WhatsApp account and Indian bank/UPI account.

Submit a request → connect with a live agent on WhatsApp → send USDT/INR as agreed → agent releases the corresponding amount. Always verify wallet addresses and UPI IDs directly with the agent before sending funds.

Rates are manually updated and may change without notice. The applicable rate is the one confirmed by your agent at the time of the transaction.

DTLENDEN's margin is built into the exchange rate. No hidden fees. Blockchain network fees (gas) are borne by the user.

Crypto transactions are irreversible. If an agent fails to release funds after receiving payment, contact us immediately on WhatsApp. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours.

• DTLENDEN is not liable for losses from market movements or user error.

Do not use DTLENDEN for money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, or any activity that violates Indian law. Violations will result in an immediate ban and may be reported to authorities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
